This supplemental Privacy Policy explains additional practices specific to ezmedtrip. It should be read alongside the IntelisTech Master Privacy Policy, which governs how IntelisTech collects, uses, and protects your information across all products.

ezmedtrip is operated by IntelisTech. We are committed to protecting the privacy of our users, their staff, and the individuals whose information is managed through the platform. This policy applies to all users of ezmedtrip, including administrators, dispatchers, and drivers.
2. Information We Collect
We collect the following types of information:
- Account information: name, email address, company name, and billing details provided at signup.
- Company & operational data: trip records, patient information, pickup/drop-off addresses, and scheduling data you enter into the platform.
- Driver information: driver names, contact details, and assignment records.
- Phone numbers: numbers used for SMS communications, including confirmations and notifications.
- Usage data: log data, device information, IP addresses, and in-app activity used to operate and improve the service.
3. How We Use Information
We use collected information to:
- Operate and deliver the ezmedtrip platform
- Process subscription payments through Stripe
- Send trip confirmations, driver assignments, and operational SMS messages
- Respond to support requests
- Maintain security and prevent fraud
- Improve platform features and reliability
4. SMS & Text Message Communications
Consent to Receive SMS
By providing a phone number and explicitly opting in through the ezmedtrip platform, you consent to receive SMS (text message) notifications related to trip scheduling and confirmations. Consent is collected through user input during booking or account workflows and is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

Transportation providers using ezmedtrip are responsible for obtaining proper consent from their end users (patients) before initiating SMS communications. ezmedtrip acts as a platform provider and facilitates the delivery of these messages on behalf of its clients.
Message frequency varies based on user activity and trip scheduling events.
Types of Messages We Send
ezmedtrip sends SMS messages strictly for operational and scheduling purposes. Message types include:
- Trip confirmations — confirmation that a trip has been scheduled
- Appointment reminders — reminders of upcoming scheduled pickups
- Schedule updates — changes to pickup time, location, or driver assignment
- Driver notifications — messages to drivers regarding their assigned trips
- Trip status updates — notifications when a trip is started or completed
We do not send unsolicited marketing or promotional SMS messages.
Message Frequency & Rates
Message frequency varies depending on the number of trips scheduled and operational activity. Standard message and data rates may apply based on your wireless carrier plan.
How to Opt Out
You may opt out of SMS notifications at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After opting out, you will receive a single confirmation message and a link to formally record your opt-out. No further SMS messages will be sent unless you opt back in. Opt-out requests are processed promptly. To re-enable messages, reply START.

Provider
SMS messages are delivered via third-party messaging providers (e.g., Twilio, ClickSend). Carrier and operator terms may apply. ezmedtrip is not responsible for delays or failures in SMS delivery caused by third-party carriers.
5. Sharing of Information
We do not sell your personal data. We share information only with:
- Stripe — to process payments and manage billing
- Twilio — to deliver SMS communications
- Supabase — as the underlying data infrastructure provider
- Law enforcement or regulatory bodies when required by law
Each of these providers operates under their own privacy policies and data processing agreements.
6. Data Storage & Security
Your data is stored securely through Supabase infrastructure. We implement reasonable technical and organizational security measures to protect your information from unauthorized access, loss, or misuse. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
7. Data Retention
We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service. After account cancellation, we may retain certain data for a reasonable period as required by law or for legitimate business purposes, after which it will be deleted or anonymized.
8. Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete your personal data. To exercise these rights, contact us at support@ezmedtrip.com. We will respond to verified requests within a reasonable timeframe.
9. Cookies
ezmedtrip uses essential cookies and session storage to keep you logged in and maintain your preferences. We do not currently use third-party advertising or tracking cookies. If this changes, this policy will be updated and you will be notified appropriately.
